Cara Page is a Black Queer Feminist cultural/memory worker, curator, and organizer. For the past 30+ years, she has organized with LGBTQTSGNCI, Black, People of Color & Indigenous liberation movements in the US & Global South at the intersections of racial, gender & economic justice, healing justice and transformative justice. She is lead organizer & curator of Changing Frequencies; an archival, memory & cultural change project seeking to transform generational trauma from the Medical Industrial Complex.

Cara is the former ED of The Audre Lorde Project, and the former National Coordinator of the Committee on Women, Population & the Environment. She is also one of the architects of healing justice as a founding member of the Kindred Southern Healing Justice Collective. Cara is a recipient of the OSF Soros Equality Fellowship (2019-2020) and an ‘Activist in Residence’ at the Barnard Research Center for Women.
